Challenges: not being able to forward calls or allocate numbers to specific projects or marketing campaigns. Therefore we couldn’t measure success. We chose Invoco due the reputation of the company and responsiveness to our needs. First class service. Even though we are a small client we still feel important and valued.
Have you seen any specific results since using our product/service? (time saved, efficiency boosted using any features?) How has our solution impacted your business overall?
Yes, we can track the success of marketing campaigns. We can also offer our clients a direct line to us. We never miss a call as we have re-direction and we know we can have a multiple numbers whenever we need them.
