What challenge(s) did you face before working with us? Did anything sway you into choosing us over other providers? How was your experience working with our team?
My original need was for tracking numbers. I had a business with several dozen pieces of marketing collateral which I needed to track the ROI on. The whole principal was new (to me) 15 odd years ago. I knew Jeremy through networking and it was an easy decision to use someone I knew, liked and very much trusted.
Have you seen any specific results since using our product/service? (time saved, efficiency boosted using any features?) How has our solution impacted your business overall?
Knowing whether our marketing spend was effective saved me both guesswork, time and money which was invaluable in a fast growing startup. Using Invoco’s platform also allowed me to manage staff effectiveness and showed us patterns of call usage we were able to utilise to great benefit.
What would you say to another company considering working with us?
Do it. Invoco provides a great service with brilliant customer service that simply does what is says it will do. It’s straightforward and easy to use and just works as well as being incredibly good value for the return.
